We do everything we can to satisfy our customers. In the event that you want to cancel your reservation with us, please be aware of our cancellation policy below:
- Cancel in writing 6+ weeks prior to check in and receive a 75% refund on the reservation.
- Cancel in writing 5-6 weeks prior to check in and receive a 50% refund on the reservation.
- Cancel in writing 2-5 weeks prior to check in and receive a 25% refund on the reservation.
- Cancel in writing less than 2 weeks prior to check in and receive 10% refund on the reservation.
