TINY LIGHTS: Memory’s Storehouse/Infinite Miniature is a collaboration between writer/performers Lenora Champagne and Lizzie Olesker. Comprised of two solos and a movement coda, TINY LIGHTS is an intimate yet heightened look at the richness of story evoked by everyday objects and gestures. Worlds are wrought inside the space of mind, memory, language and the rooms we live in. TINY LIGHTS will take you there.
Lenora Champagne writes performances, plays and essays and has been making performance works for thirty years. Her texts have been published in England and the U.S. and performed in New York, England, France, Australia and in the States, from Dallas to New Orleans to Philadelpha to Boston to Berkeley. Her work has received support from NYFA, NYSCA, the NEA, MacDowell and Yaddo, among others. Most recently, she has written and directed the plays TRACES/fades and Staying Afloat; she is pleased to be working on a more intimate scale again. www.lenorachampagne.com
