The Record is a theatrical portrait of 35 people who come together for 57 minutes over four consecutive evenings to perform for an audience. The subject is themselves; the time is now. In conjunction with a sweeping, live soundscape that reflects both the epic and the everyday, the eclectic ensemble shows us who they are, and who they could be. Part theater, part dance, part visual art, part community meeting, The Record defies easy categorization.
