An evening for people who believe in friendship–and want to travel for free!
The international project YUUJOU is coming to New York and tells you why and how to go on a 100-day-journey around the world!
YUUJOU wants to prove that we are all connected, not only virtually, but also in real life! The media-art project enables 6 people to travel around the globe to create a circle of friendship along the way. The participants can go on this journey for free! The project from Switzerland is strongly focusing on friendship because researches from Julianne Holt-Lunstad found out: it is the key to a happy and healthy life!
On December 6 at The Invisible Dog, New Yorkers will have the unique opportunity to meet the YUUJOU team in person and apply on-site (casting video recorded by professionals) for the free 100-day adventure. The evening will include a talk by Julianne Holt-Lunstad, the world's leading expert on friendship, connection, and loneliness, as well as Brooklyn-based artists Chris Klapper and Patrick Gallagher whose project Dataatadata: Everything and Nothing is currently on show at The Invisible Dog.
Enjoy Swiss wine, fine food, and good company!
