Welcome back to Sabbath Queen! Led by the Lab/Shul Ritual Team and beloved collaborators, artists, teachers, healers, and musicians our season of 5782 Sabbath Queens will take place in person across Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as online.
This month’s Sabbath Queen, led by Naomi Less and Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie will be held at The Invisible Dog Art Center in Brooklyn, invites us to seek out and celebrate the presence and voices of those who are marginalized. In celebration of Mizrachi Jewish Heritage month, our ritual circle is enlivened by musical collaborator and friend Cantor George Mordechai. We’ll honor the abundant gratitude of the Thanksgiving season, and lift up the voices of our indigenous American siblings.
