A monthly ritual circle of live music, mindfulness and poetic intentions welcoming your Sabbath Queen.
Shabbat is a weekly invitation to come Home. In body, space, and time, in voice, in breath, and in community, we are invited Home. Each one of us is encouraged to bring an object for the altar this month that symbolizes family, name, or home. On June 17th we are especially tickled to welcome Home baby Livneh Bloom, daughter of Shira Kline and Liz Alpern, whose naming ceremony will be part of the Sabbath ritual. We are delighted to be back in ritual circle with Founding Spiritual Leader Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie, fresh from his Sabbatical along with Spiritual Leader Shira Kline, Associate Clergy members Ben Freeman and Rabbi Noam Lerman, with special guest Rebekka Goldsmith, and featuring our magical ritual musicians multi instrumentalist Zafer Tawil, flutist Eleonore Weill, and cellist Erin Hall.
