Dear Friends,
It's already Monday.
According to some insider informations I got from a friend who has a friend who has a niece who works in same company than a guy who is married to this person who works for a kind of research lab - he was vague when he told me that, it seems that the guy wants to remain anonymous - we are loosing the sense of the time thanks to the confinement.
Is it really matters? Aren't we living in the a kind One Thousand and One Nights: a new fabulous story every day and a happy end.
So, it's ok to loose the sense of time as long as you don't overcook the dishes we are preparing together and keep your sense of gratitude.
Gratitude for those who are opening their stores every day: thank you to butcher, deli, grocery store, farmers market, baker, liquor store, pharmacy, restaurant and bar (pick up only) etc etc. And remember to support your local businesses, we need them more than ever now and later!
At la Salle A Manger (SAM) we are open 24/7. This is the magic of the internet.
Already three videos are online and more to come this week.
Next cooking live classes on Lucien Chef Ambition Instagram are Monday on (today), Thursday, and Saturday.
Oh, by the way, I heard from myself that the less you read or listen to the news, the better you feel. Why don't you try this diet and start to read below instead.
Coronarely yours,
Lucien Zayan
Director
